Ivory & Oak started in 2010 with a single plot in Vastrapur and a simple rule: design the home you would want your own parents to live in, then build exactly that. Sixteen years and twenty-four projects later, the founders still walk every site every week.

- 2010
Founded in Ahmedabad by an architect and a civil engineer, with one plot in Vastrapur.
- 2014
First high-rise handed over: 96 homes, four months ahead of schedule.
- 2018
Began publishing monthly construction videos for every live project.
- 2022
Cedar Heights completed — 144 families moved in within the first year.
- 2025
Launched Alabaster Sky Villas in GIFT City, our first super-tall residence.
